Made with high-quality materials, Chill Tips are comfortable and easy to use from start to finish. Customize the tips to your nail, while using the gentle, non-damaging glue to secure everything in place for results that have the look and feel of a classic gel mani.
Kit Includes: 24 nails to find your match, dual-sided buffer and file, cuticle stick and gentle glue.
How To Apply:
Step 1: PREP - prep your nails to apply the tips. Push cuticles back with the wooden tool provided. Buff and smooth your nails with the file provided in the box.
Step 2: SELECT - remove tips from the box and choose which size work best for your hands and nails. Lay them out on the cardboard piece provided.
Step 3: GLUE - moving from thumb to pinky, apply a small dot of glue to the base of the tip and the finger nail.
Step 4: PRESS - press firmly for 30 seconds per nail focusing on the edges of nail, this ensures that no moisture or bacteria gets under the nail. Et voila! You’re ready to go.
How To Remove:
Step 1: SOAK - place hands in warm water with soap for 5 minutes to loosen the glue and soften cuticles.
Step 2: LOOSEN - apply any skin-safe oil (our Chillhouse oils work great!) around your nails to loosen the glue from around the edges.
Step 3: REMOVE - once you begin to feel the glue soften, use the wood cuticle pusher to leverage

Returns Information
We gladly accept all authorized returns. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a FREE UPS prepaid return label and email it directly to you. Please print the label, attach it securely to any box or package, and return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the label to qualify for a full refund.
After the returned merchandise is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for your financial institution to finalize the credit.

Free return labels are available only for shipments within the 48 continental United States.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
