How to Dye (Bleach Optional)
For bright results or added dimension, pre-lighten sections of hair using the Manic Panic® Blue Lightning™ Hair Bleach Kit (30 Volume).
Clarify hair with a shampoo like Prepare to Dye® to remove buildup and prep strands for even color absorption.
Towel-dry completely—dye works best on clean, dry hair.
Apply color thoroughly, saturating each section from roots to ends.
Let process for 30+ minutes (longer = more vibrant).
Rinse with cool water only—skip shampoo to help color last.

Returns Information
We gladly accept all authorized returns. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a FREE UPS prepaid return label and email it directly to you. Please print the label, attach it securely to any box or package, and return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the label to qualify for a full refund.
After the returned merchandise is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for your financial institution to finalize the credit.
